Grippin Billet is a new manufacturer out of Fresno California. A couple years ago the owner had the idea to make uniquely styled door handles. After seeing so many trucks with ugly plastic door handles something had to be done. Truck owners need options and Grippin Billet was created to address these needs.

As Grippin Billet was busy taking vision to reality, the OE was keeping pace. General Motors was already offering paint matched door handle buckets for Escalade, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban and others, while some truck owners were busy having the local paint shop color match the OE black textured buckets with a smooth finish. In addition, new trucks changed from a lift style or flip latch handle to a grab and pull style handle.

The stage was set for something revolutionary to happen. In the fall of 2003 a new relationship was struck and an alliance was formed. A great idea was about to become a great product.

Grippin Billet was ready to hit the BIG TIME! A design list was made consisting of over 50 new product ideas. Some of these parts include a complete line-up for General Motors, Ford, Dodge and dozens of ideas we cannot disclose yet.
